Japanese Garden was created in 2003 by Jackie Nykiel, Lisa Reinwald, and Kristi
Scarvelis. The Zen Garden was created to explore the interactive three
-dimensional world of digital graphics and the technology of virtual reality.
The conceptual sculpture and design aesthetics have been rendered in Maya, a 3D modeling program.
