Flying is fun! -- AS
Very interesting presentations. I loved all the creative aspects of each one. Seeing the inside of the "infamous" CAVE was cool too. These presentations are a very good idea, not only for the students who designed them, but for everyone out there that's interested in VR. Thanks for the opportunity! --AH
I know it might take a longer period of time but each person should get to play with the controls. -- AM
Really wonderful. All of the students' hard work has really paid off. I enjoyed the three I saw (Heather Brack, Planets and ----Forest). It's great that you're providing access to this little known treasure of the unversity. Thanks very much. --DL
It is as breath-taking as the invention of the telephone 100 years ago. We are the witnesses of the beginning of an invention. It is interesting to see how one invention takes the place of another. Great job! --D
| Nice. Two things strongly break the immersive sensation:
1. Rendering speed. OK, it's art, so it's polygon heavy. But it breaks the feel when things don't move as expected -- latency does not happen in the real world. Try a cluster of cheap 486's or something. 2. The floor should reflect as well as the walls. Sweep/mop more often. -- :) Overall, great show. |
Very very interesting. I had to try three different glasses but worth dealing with the problem! Came back for a second show! Keep having the shows! --M
No cabin fever in the cabin -- So Cool!!! Great Job Lynn --visuals were clear depth experience

Failing off the steps were painful Lynn. Learn how to walk up stairs that spiral :-) --JJ
You did a great job. --S
Lynn did an awesome job with hers... it seemed as if the things just popped right out at you. I even felt like I was falling off the stairs -- hee hee!! :-) Great Job !! -- K
Interested in new letters or user/developer groups. Nice work. --KH
Zoo was very cool nice space and interactive -- Super job Hosang!
My first visit to the CAVE was an adventure in far parts of my small mind. --AK
The CAVE is most delightfully immersive. It is a nice change from letterpress printing! Clearly these students had excellent instruction. --EB
Really great feeling like you were out in space and falling through the stars! and going back to the top of the sphere into the green ray of light! Excellent music to the project! --B
This was quite fun! Mike
thank you for you allowing me and my partner (and his son) view your students work this past friday in the CAVE. exciting work and frontier for developing 'techno artist'. KH
I was very happy to finally see the CAVE--and I was amazed at how much the students had gotten done in one semester! You must really be teaching them well. Quite a lot of product for a few months. Congrats! Hope to visit there more often... PW
I enjoyed the student's work very much. JF
