Selected Virtual Works is a virtual reality world designed for exploration within Indiana University's CAVE. The CAVE™ (CAVE Automatic Virtual Environment), located in Lindley Hall 135 at IU-Bloomington, is an an 8'x8'x8' structure with high-resolution, three-dimensional images projected onto three walls and the floor. Navigation through Selected Virtual Works is very straight forward. The user may walk around the island and follow their wims, exploring different houses and other buildings, parks, etc. If you get tired of land, you may walk up and down hills, walk into a small (very popular) pond or venture off into the ocean and swim with flying fish. The user may be happy to recognize the art being sampled in various pieces, some more obvious and famous than others.
